1) Sign into DocuMeeting



 


»
Host must create its own ID and password.

»
ID and password is valid for license term.

»
Participants share the ID and password.

»
Enter ID, password and nickname.

»
Click [Sign in] button.

 

2) Start a meeting



 


»
Click [Start Meeting] button.

»
Or select Meeting > Start Meeting.

»
Start Meeting wizard will help you.

»
All participants must run DocuMeeting.

 
3) Confirm situation



 


»
Start Meeting wizard gets started.

»
The wizard helps to manage meeting session.

»
DocuMeeting must be connected to Server.

»
Click [Next] button to go on.


 
4) Prepare documents to share

 

»
Click [Browse..] button to select documents.

»
DocuMeeting prepares documents to share.

»
Some documents are converted.

»
Click [Next] button to go on.
 
5) Invite participants


 


»
Select a participant from the contact list.

»
Several participants can be selected.

»
All participants must run DocuMeeting.

»
Click [Finish] button to invite a participant.
6) Accept invitation


 


» Invitee has the dialog to confirm Join.

» Check out who is host of the meeting.

» Click [Accept] button to attend the meeting.
 
7) Leave/End meeting


 


» The button allows to leave/end the meeting.

» Only host can end the meeting.
